How much would it cost to lay a foundation for a 50 foot by 70 warehouse which would store at most 4 automobiles. The warehouse is for a repairs course. It would contain running water, electricity, heating, and a proper ventilation system. What are we looking at here? if your a contractor, please leave your info! thanks a whole bunch!

50X70 warehouse would cost a minimum $100000 for foundation, framing, doors, roofing, siding. Start at $30 per square foot for your cheapest garage and go up from there with plumbing, heating etc. Get a few estimates locally....and get various references.

a metal building company can turn key it for about $ 175,000.00 ( Ray-Sand) or others....the shell with foudnation will run about $ 33.00 per sq ft.....
