wow, i'm really worried!?

the other night i was with my boyfriend, and well, i let him get to far (up my shirt) and well the next moring i am in so much pain.

my breasts are hard, and my nipples sting if you touch them, will this heal?

sounds like he was a bit too rough. give them a few days to recoup and recommend next time that he be more gentle. some guys think breasts are squeeze toys... um, no! they're delicate portions of the female anatomy and should be handled with care.

I would recommend having this situation with your breasts evaluated by your dr to see what could be going on. They can help you figure out what could be causing this.
