oky...i have that problem too, but it was for my toes.......remove all nailpolish on them, wash hands in warm water (with soap!) and after, pat dry in towel, and put one coat of clear nailpolish on them..........and dont play with them...they need time to grow, or you can apply sally hansen nail gwo polish.. there at every store you could think of

There is a vitamin called Biotin that can be found at GNC. The higher the milligram the more potent. It will also help your hair to grow healthier. Also try Revitanail (it can be purchased in higher end nail salons and Trade Secrets). It is applied to the nails like a polish. It encourages the nail to strengthen which in turn allows them to grow.

Well, you can have 'nail clippings a la creme' or 'toenail hotpot' though I find that just a little too much garlic spoils the taste.
And of course nail file powder is a good mozzarella substitute on any spaghetti dish.

there is no recipe for long nails just buy nail strengthener and dont bite them or just get them professionally done
