I think that you should do what you are comfortable doing. Don't speak on behalf of others .... let them speak for themselves.
Many people don't like to watch strangers or familiar people kissing or making out in front of them. It can be quite embarrassing to some people.
Therefore I have always felt it best to keep the intimate demonstrations of affection more private. It also shows maturity, restraint, respect for those around you and most of all self-respect.

Well i don't really know what you should do exactly but if he seems comfortable with making out in front of people than i guess that's not a problem but it is true that some people are uncofortable with it so may be you can talk to him.

A kiss in public is just fine, but making out as you put it, is just down right rude. I wouldnt say anything, if these two have to be told it is not proper than there is nothing you can say that will change their bad upbring.

Only if your not comfortable with it, which some people just are. Sometimes it goes away with time, but if really feel for the other person usually you just don't care who is around! Its that whole earth stops moving just for you thing!!
