Pray more. Mediate on God's word. Read His promise dealing with what i am going thru. Call the elder of the church to pray. Because stress can kill you (cancerous). You can only due so much and except yourself, forgive yourself. Be still. Stop party, drinking and being around people for a moment. Focus on the long term goal. Turn STRESS into TRUST.

I'm also in college... I meditated and use relaxation techniques. Jacobson's is great.
I also listen to music and sing my heart out (in my car, because in an apartment... it's not quite fun for the neighbours).
I study until I feel ready! I find being well prepared and feeling ready reduces the tension related to exams. Helps me feel more confident.

Say hello to my little friend-darvocet! No, seriously I usually take a nap. I layout on the bed and stretch all over and try to relax. Then I get comfy and take a cat nap and tel myself I'll feel better when I wake.
