I Assume its a Win XP...
Click Start and Go to RUN ...Type Services.msc and press Ok
Look For Print spooler on the rt pane......
Make sure the service status : is Started and the startup type is automatic...if not restart the service and make the startup type as automatic....if it does not work do the following steps....
1. Click the Start button on the desktop
2. Click Run
3. Type in REGEDIT
4. Click on HKEY_LOCAL _MACHINE
5. Click on System
6. Click on Current Control Set
7. Click on Services
8. Click on Spooler
9. Click on Depend On Service on the right hand side
10. This should open a Edit Binary Value window
11. Delete the rows corresponding to LexBces only and then select OK
12. Reboot the PC

Start > Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance > Administrative Tools > Services

Scroll down to Print Spooler and start the service.

verify administration Panel > Adminstration kit > amenities Scroll all the way down to Print Spooler and desirable-click it, set it to 'computerized' or 'On'. ;-) playstation : This gadgets it for loading it in the spooler, a posh way of asserting, placed print jobs in memory for later printing in the order as commanded.
