Want to trade Frank Thomas for a decent pitcher. Who should I expect in return?

My pitchers are:

SP Aaron Harang (Cin - SP)
SP Chien-Ming Wang (NYY - SP)
RP Francisco Rodríguez (LAA - RP)
RP Akinori Otsuka (Tex - RP)
P Justin Verlander (Det - SP)
P Ervin Santana (LAA - SP)
P Salomón Torres (Pit - RP)
BN Chuck James (Atl - SP)

Also trying to get Penny off the waiver

I would expect someone who meets the typical 4th starter mold. You'll get someone that should win about 12 games with an ERA over 4.00. I would try for someone like Bartolo Colon...he had a bad season last year because of an injury. You can probably get him for Thomas and if he bounces back he will be an elite starter again. Otherwise, I would try for Cliff Lee, Matt Morris, Erik Bedard...someone along those lines.

I think you might get someone like Scott Olsen or David Bush. Very good pitchers just not highly ranked by Yahoo. Look for the teams that can actually use Thomas then target young pitchers with good strikeout to inning pitch ratios. Other possibilities are Ian Snell or Chuck James. The aforementioned Garza isn't bad but he'll probably be a free agent you can add later as he'll not open the year in the Twins rotation.
