Okay here's the deal: Im a skinny runt with a fat belly that I hate. YES I know about diet and exercise etc etc. But as the pounds aren't going to immediately shift, I feel the need to disguise my potbelly. I wear Flexees 'waist nipper' underwear which is quite strong and is 'boned' (shut up, boys) and it's good. I wondered if anyone here could advise me on the strongest shapewear. My bum and hips are nice but my abs and the area just under my bust is minging and fatty. Whats the best firm control waist/tummy cincher? NO I DON'T WANT LIPOSUCTION THANKS!!

Any help is much appreciated unless its nasty - lol

get some JML pants. dont bother with the body suit, it squashes your boobs!!! the pants come up to your bra so you should be able to tuck your 'minging' bits in.

Yes, exercise exercise and exercise. Thats the only way you're ever going to get that stomach in shape.

Also drink green tea, it helps with weight loss but dont drink all the time, it has tons of caffeine in it and helps high metabolism.
I found a great way to excerise tho.

Try jumping up and down your bed, it tones your legs and its a fun excerise you can do.
Just jump up and down. Really...its a great workout and try going to the beach and run or jog.
Do push-ups too.
Dont go on a starvation diet tho.
EAT!!!!!
Eat small ammount of meals tho and drink water too.

Buy one of those 5 Day Abs workout videos. I did and the exercises are so hard I can barely get past day three. Usually by the second day it feels like someone is constantly punching me in the stomach. But, you know what they say...no pain, no gain.

You know clothes can really help with that. Black makes you look thinner and baggy clothes can look really cute. I'm a little twig and I'm always wearing baggy clothes (not so much black lol) and I don't like wearing stuff that looks painted on ;) Good luck xx

Corset..or..electric toning..the pad things..there so weird..u shape up while being entertaining by twitching muscles ha!
