what is the FLCL (furi kuri) plot?

i've watched the series at least 40 times. can someone please give they're adaptaton of the plot?

lets see...boy(Naota) goes out in the world to find out about his past and what destiny holds for him....then boy' meets girl(Haruko)...girl hits boy in the head...boy comes to the realisation that he is alien....girl uses to boy's powers for her selfish needs....organization called medical mechanica which is funded by the government wants atomsk and the only way they can have it is through the powers of the boy but the boy doesn't even know he has the powers(in the beginning).....government doesn't trust the "organization" so they send agent(commander amarao) as a double agent under the organization....organization sends the agent to track down boy and girl which will then lead to atomsk....amarao and haruko both want naota's powers.....haruko as a beef with medical mechanica ....naota is stuck in the middle......boy need to make a decision....hmmm what else? oh yeah the boy must choice a side...make a decision..take responsibility or ....THE WORLD WILL END....so i guess the plot is...the transition from teenagehood to adulthood...choosing your own path...and taking responsibilities for your decisions...and that my friend is FLCL in a nutshell

Its kinda hard to come up with an actual plot for that series :/ its like fricken 6 episodes long! Well at least its not an endless show like Inuyasha :P
