Some songs wont copy?

Question

hey can some one tell me why i cant copy some songs from my dvd to my computer i had to do a system recovery so i saved them on a dvd 888 i think and some wont copy it says the disc is dirty or Scratch can some one plz help me why its doing that is it caz i have too many songs the dvd is not dirty nor is it scratched. it will go all the way then it will say.Error Copying File or Folder
cannot copy: Data Error ( cyclic redundancy check)
some one plz help me
