Back in college, I had a friend, we had a fling for 2 years. 1st we were friends for a while; it was a whole click of us. Then he and i got kind of serious. Even though we never committed to each other as a couple, everyone saw us as a couple. Well we just started back contacting each other and have been reminiscing on our good times, but that's it. In college, when I would go home on the weekends or spring break, he would drive all the way to my town to see me and vice versa. He got an apartment and moved me in. I came and went as I pleased. We were cool. We gave each other nicknames and my family liked him. then came along one of my ex-boyfriend and i left him alone for the ex. What should I do?

I was asking whether I should let my old fling know how I feel or just keep being friends with him. He asked me after posting this what did I want from this and I told him. He said he doesn't know if he can do the relationship thing with me right away b/c I can't just walk back in his life and get his undivided attention. So friends we will remain.
