go to the "advice" section of one of the job posting sites (monster, careerbuilder, hotjobs) and you'll find more than 10. here are a few:
-tell me about yourself
-what do you know about Company X?
-why do you want to work for Company X?
-what are you best at?
-in what area(s) would you like to improve?
-tell me about your experience that would pertain to this job
-what is your education level?
-with what computer programs are you conversant?
-do you prefer to work in a team or as an individual contributor? why?
-tell me about your last job. what did you like/dislike? why?
-tell me about your last boss. did s/he bring out the best in you? why or why not?
-can you work (weekends, nights, overtime?)
an even dozen - since you wanted ten, I threw in two bonus question for free. :)

A lot of places make you take a assesment test for math and reading.
