should i get night fall or factions?!

Depends on what you are looking for in the game.
Factions is for PVP. It gets you to level 20 the fastest and all its new content (other than graphics) is more or less focused on PVP.
Nightfalls is really PVE (player versus enviroment, aka monsters) it levels faster than the first game and slower than Factions. It has heroes, which are semi-controled henchmen that stay with you and can be leveled and equiped.
If you don't have it you could also get Prophecies. It has the longest story, but also levels the slowest. It also has no unqiue classes, unlike the other two games.

get prophecies, i had guild wars factions, and i got so bored of it cas all my guild members were playing prophecies, its not a great game, its good though

night fall it has more action to it,it gets me moving
