It's like my other b/f and I were having problem after problem. We decided 2 go our separate ways, and I couldn't see a future with him anyway. When I'm dating someone, I want 2 be able to have something with them later;not just dating 2 be dating. And here's where my other friend comes in. Like I said, we have liked each other 4 quite a while now. And we've finally told each other our true feelings. We waited so late because either he had a girlfriend or I had a b/f. Now, I don't know what is wrong with us. At first, we were talking 4 a long time on the phone and at least spending a little time 2gether. Now, it's nothing. We barely talk because he doesn't have a cellphone. And something seems 2 always be wrong with his house phone. I mean Im so crazy about him. He seems so different from the others Ive dated. I don't want 2 fall so deep in love with him & get my heart broken. He drives me crazy! And his friends tell me he's always talking about me 2. He is just afraid of getting hurt by me.

When there is so much uncertainty, based on my life experience, what I can advise is don't concentrate on this one. When two people come together who are truly into each other, nothing gets in their way and time together happens without much initiation- it's just a natural thing.

It seems from your question you are like you are the director of a play with the role of "serious boyfriend" to fill and you've cast this guy and now you don't understand why he's not playing the part right.
You need to tone it down, BIG TIME. Very vew people in life will act the way you expect them to once you start dating them. That's the fun and the frustration of the whole thing!

Why have you been going out with other people if you have liked him for 4 years? If you really ever cared about him then you would have waited for him. Do both of you a favor and get on with your life.

be independent for a while when he brakes up with his gf then u hang out with him and eventually hell ask or ull ask
