hello
a doctor diagnosed that i have a bilaterally varicocele, and from what i hear it can affect a man's fertility.

i know that 40% of infertile people have varicoceles, but i was wondering what % of varicocele infected males are infertile

as well, i ej*****ed a week ago, and i find that i am taking ages to recover from the aftereffects of it. for instance, im feeling low in energy and tired this whole week, when before i noticed my varicocele, i will be up and at it after a few days.

what do you think of my varicocele situation? am i infertile? should i use medication to make my testicles and sexual performance return to normal?

i also do lots of sports that require explosiveness. will the varicocele affect my semen production?

how do people "return to normal" quick after an ej******?

i heard that normally varicocele is apeared in left side but my left testical seem normal but in right side i feel vain like small marbel ,are varicocele in right side is more dangerous?

Get a semen analysis done and also have your testosterone test done. This is the only way to know.

From online:

An untreated varicocele, especially when large, may cause long-term deterioration in sperm production and even testosterone production. If varicoceles are present bilaterally in an infertile male, repair both to improve sperm quality.
