You can make one.
Get a big foam ball (or any other kind of ball that is the size you need, but foam is the lightest), put a eyehook or something else to hang it from, then hotglue small mirrors all around it. You can get the the foam ball and the mirrors from a craft store.
If you use concave mirrors, then you will get smaller almost pin-sized light dots. Convex mirrors will give you larger light dots. Flat mirrors will give you the normal size light dots. (flat mirrors are the cheapest.)
If you are going to hang it over your bed or anywhere else that people will be regularly, then make sure that you have glued the mirrors on securly by shaking it a little. You really don't want little mirrors falling on anyone.
