I believe that it shows by 8 weeks. I wouldn't worry too much. I had the same worry but when I had my first ultrasound I was relieved. I had light cramping a few times throughout and that is normal. If you are that worried you should set up for an ultrasound. Not to mention that first time you see the baby pop up on the screen is magical!

You're probably past the point of being unaware of a tubal pregnancy. Why don't you call your doctor and report the cramping? It doesn't cost anything to call and it will help put your mind to rest. If they feel it's anything to worry about they'll tell you to come in to be examined. Congratulations and good luck!

If you are in your 10th week then most likley if it was a tubal pregnancy you would def. know it by now. Light cramping is perfectly normal, its just your body changing and streching to accomadate your baby. I'm sure everything is just fine. try not to worry too much, although It's hard! :)
