i have a t-mobile..(family plan)
would i be charged for an incoming call outside US???

If you don't have free incoming minutes, yes you will be charged, but the regular rate per min, or it will just take away from you free minutes. You will not be charged an international rate unless you make a call internationally, the incoming minutes will just be deducted from your free minutes or charge at the regular rate that you pay.
