What are your short-term/long-term goals?

Short term - To learn as much as I can about the position and the company. To be able to contribute to the bottom line. To learn more about (company products, computer program, department you'll be working with.)
Long term - to develop my skills to an "expert" level in my field. To move into management (whatever level is appropriate for your experience - first-level supervisor, mid-management, etc.)

my short term goal is to attain a position within an establishment that will enable myself to meet my long term goal of thriving and achieving excellence within a team, so my strengths can be utilized.
