Metroid Prime: Hunters is probably the best Nintendo DS game, when it comes to Wi-Fi compatibility. There are people that have played 1000 hours and more for this game, but the story line is pretty short and weird. It's like the Halo of the DS, and you are you get it, you'll be playing ALL THE TIME =).

MARIO KART DS!!!!!
You can play wi-fi!
Its overall rating at gamespot.com is 9.2/10, one of the higest rating games for the ds.
It is wicked fun.
I play it every day.
