I'm guessing that your dr is treating you for PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome). Some women with PCOS have insulin resistance (one step below full blown Diabetes). The thought is that by treating the insulin resistance that the periods will regulate which will help make pregnancy easier.

I used to know someone that took Glucophage (the generic metformin) and she was able to get pregnant very quickly, and her daughter is now about 5 years old.

probably this web page will aid you comprehend PCOS as good because the disorders that might come up from it. One of them being diabetes which perhaps why your dr gave you Metformin. Talk in your dr to look if that is to aid you control your blood sugars or as a preventative? Anyway NO individual will have to get healing with out knowledge what it's for. And No you can not quit homosexual emotions with meds simplest quit sexual emotions. However if you do not desire to be homosexual a few church buildings present businesses to aid. I say do what you think you desire finally God made you this manner.
