i think an unpaid traffic will get you arrested,you MUST pay your fines .i have heard of horrific stories of people getting thrown in jail even after they had paid their fines but could not prove it on the spot because of computer error.i know of a man this happend to,he was hand cuffed brought 70 miles to his traffic violation,the cops said sorry we made a mistake and they would not give him a ride home.look 99.9% of the time i have come in contact with cops and traffic tickets it has cost me time and money.DONT even enter the country because there is more likely than not a warrent for your arrest ,stay home untill you pay these fines and hold proof that you paid them before entering the good old USA land of the free and home to many jail cells.

FYI CA in the US stands for California the state. Yes, if you have warrants out just crossing the border in a car can have you detained and vice versa trying to get back to Canada.
