for sure no longer. you won't be able to evaluate runners really in words of health. An 10k really isn't a biggy. i'm a soph in highschool and that i have executed many 10 Mile runs at round 8-9 min miles for CC prepare. for sure its not ordinary and kill me basicly, besides the indisputable fact that it does no longer mean i'm from now on healthful than say the sprinters that run 100 in like 11 secs at my highschool. I proudly run about a a million minute 100 lol. jk

yup a lil over 6 miles thats it??... but then again i workout and run almost everyday now. I also play soccer during season.. but the way i stay fit is by running and lifting weights off season
