A good night's sleep is good. Try to eat some breakfast before you leave; that often helps.

Do you have an ipod or CD player? If so, maybe you can bring that to school with you and listen to it during breaks or lunch. That helps me when during school all I can think of is school work an other stressful things.

I know this feeling far too well. My opinion is try and sleep some... but if you're like me that just wont work. Basically, take a deep breath and realize that school and activities are not the most important things in life. If that doesn't help talk to a friend about it all.

The exact same thing is happening to me and I have found that if you have something to look forward to, the weeks go by a lot faster. For example, after school do a some type of sport or any other after school activity. Or go out to the movies with your friends.

First all you need to do is relax. Take a deep breath and calm down. All you have to do is get all the school supplies you need and then get a full 8 hours of sleep and then wake up with full of energy, eat a light breakfast and go to school fully prepared and I hope you have a nice day.

Make a plan. Schedule everything out, and it will start to seem like a lot less. Also, schedule some break time for yourself. Even if it is just 10 minutes, you can use that time to recuperate until you are ready to go again. Good luck!

Organize you back-pack. Get you clothes set out for the week. If possible do work-ahead-work. Enjoy your last day out, and chill out.

well if your mom works then you can just pretend sick for a while, the best way is to get up before she checks on you and put a small amount of cover up on your lips and do about fifty jumping jacks then do the droopy eye sick look, a kinda "are you there" look it worked for me. and if you can make yourself believe you're sick for a little while then you can easily pull it off. trust me.
