I have had a really good day today i have stopped smoking now on my sort of forth day i let my self down yesterday and it was a breeze i only had a couple of cravings and have been in a real good mood allday i went for a walk and could actualy smell the flowers and spring something i have not been able to do for around ten years now it was nice

Um...my day was fine. I took care of 2 of my nieces and my nephew all day. I had my 1 year old niece laughing and doing some really cute and funny things. Then I had a meeting, cleaned my mother-in-law's house, took my son to guitar lessons, ran some errands. Now I'm tired since my little nieces and nephew have way more energy than I do!

I won't bore you with details, but, today has been a most horrible day. My life changed and can't go back....I'm starting to hate new beginnings..isn't there a limit, in life on this?

This morning i went to the gym and then i went to work. I'm in retail and we had to send alot of winter product back to the warehouse. I'm home now and drinking a beer, lovely day, lol.

weird. my friend jammed a tater tot down my shirt during lunch and it unhooked my bra so i had to take off my shirt to fix it. and then the tater tot made my back all itchy.
