Locally, you can always contact your local police but chances are they won't do anything. On the federal leval the Department of Homeland Security is who currently handles illegal alien cases. You can reach them via their website at: www.dhs.gov. What they actually do will likely be minimal and based on the actual evidence you have. Think this over carefully before filing reports. If all you have is suspicion and circumstance then they won't take you seriously.
