I want to know if I get one of those games in the "IL-2 Sturmovich Universe" on page http://www.gamespot.com/pc/sim/il2sturmovik/similar.html?mode=universe I won't need those downloads

IL-2 Sturmovik is a good dogfighting game like the Storm of War:Battle of Britain
