Is it me or do kids not know how to spell/ use grammar properly/ articulate themselves at all these days? who is to blame?

It is part of the programming to keep them ignorant and easy to manipulate. Religion used to be used for this a lot more in the past, but now there are too many small religious groups and that is eroding the power base.
There is so much information which can readily be had on the web that intelligent kids cannot be allowed to learn how to navigate or they will rebel and threaten the actual power holders. These power holders obviously control the educational system which is the key to controlling everything else such as the medical system.
