I would say that, if you look at how it really helped a teams season (like whether certain upgrades will get a team into the playoffs or what not) well the Pats are already a playoff team, and with or without the additions they made in the offseason, they still would have made the playoffs. I think the 49ers had the best offseason when it comes to actually affecting their season. Because of the upgrades on defense, to go with a decent offense already, I think they will make it into the playoffs this year. Which in my mind makes it a better offseason. Now admittedly if the Pats win the Super Bowl this year, maybe I will concede their offseason was better at that point.

Not the Pats. They overpaid for a bunch of trash WRs. They lose Corey Dillion and find out Maroney has a serious shoulder injury. Sammy Morris? Comeon.

Adalius is from the Ravens and we know how good LBs do when they get out of Baltimore.

Won't be able to tell until the draft is over.

So far, I would say the Cowboys have had a pretty good offseason. They didn't lose anyone important. Signed areas of need...RG, FS, and backup QB. L. Davis will be a monster at RG. Brad Johnson will make a heck of a backup. Not certain about Hamlin.

The Pats. Picked a decent receiving core for Tom Brady to work with. Got a kick returner in Wes Welker. Another top class linebacker in Adalius Thomas. They added to both sides of the ball.

Definately the Patriots. They needed wide recievers and needed to solidify their defense and they did both with 3 big pickups at wide receiver and the signing of Asante Samuel. Also, all the experts are saying that you don't fill needs with the draft but instead teams should take the biggest playmaker and now the Patriots have the opportunity to do both this offseason.

The Bengals have had the best offseason. Just look at their record. 10 arrests and 0 convictions. Big up to the 10-0 bengals baby!

If u say the Pats, u gotta be kidding me. They get some average wrs and a barely above average LB, and u people think we should just give them the trophy, come on!

This question can't be answered until AFTER the season, when u see the stats of these players.

I think they still have a long way to go, but at this point in time looking at the players they have lost and players gained, I say the Cleveland Browns have sure been heading in the right direction. Haven't added much young talent but have signed some proven veterans.

easily the pats because they filled much needed holes with adalius thomas at OLB and donte stallworth and wes welker at RB. kyle brady will be ben watsons backup replacing daniel graham. sammy morris is now a compliment to their starter laurence maroney and 3rd down back kevin faulk.
i think resigning asante samuel was their best move the whole off season though
