Get info to get money replace thru money gram not knowing it was cashed the following day by someone unknown and manager will not talk to me. got the forms on the 20th of march, faxed off to money gram to get replaced and find out it was cashed on the the 21st of march

Unfortunately, he is within his right to proceed with an eviction if you did not respond within the initial 3 day cure or quit claim. Is it right of him? Probably not. You can try to prove your case with evidence that it was cashed, where, and sometimes by whom if the store at which it was cashed releases the tape. Is it worth the effort? That's up to you to decide.
Was it made out to the leasing office or a person? If it was out to the leasing office, most of the time they won't cash it if you can't display proof of employment. So you have this to use, too.

This is something in which you need to make a police report and see legal aide. Something like this happened in metro Atlanta recently. I do not know how it was resolved but the situation was in the Atlanta Journal constitution web headlines so you might want to search their site. You will probably need to go to court and show the evidence you have to the judge. Moneygram may help you find and prosecute whoever stole the moneygram.

Don't you have a carbon copy of the Mony Gram? Go to the Mony Gram where you bought it. Tell them it was cashed by someone else and ask for a copy of their record. Then give that copy to your landlord.
