Who said that the elements of the earth were not the same of the universe?

Since the earth was made from "universe stuff", they have to be the same.

I don't know who's said this, but I suspect that there are many, possibly countless, elements in other parts of the universe that mankind doesn't know about.

I don't think anyone has said it as far as i've read. I'm sure that someplace has elements that are heavier or has isotopes that we don't have here in our Solar System.
