I found a lot of birds, fish and other assorted things but as far as land "Animals", only these four:
(1) Norwegian Elkhound. It's a Scandinavian breed of hunting dog.
(2) Norwich Terrier: An English breed of terrier that the ears stand straight up.
(3) Norfolk Terrier: Like the Norwich except the ears bend forward.
(4) Norwegian Forest Cat.

To name a few, (look them up), Nacre, Nandine, Nandu, Nankeen Bird, Nankeen Hawk, Nankeen Kestrel, Narwhal, Natter Jack, Nautilus, Nayaur, Necrophore, Needle Bug, Needle Fish etc..... Just go to "N" in a dictionary.
