Penicillin, fortunately there are loads of other antibiotics they use nowadays, plain penicillin is rarely used anymore anyhow. AFAIK that's the only thing I'm allergic to.

well.......
im not allergic to anything right now but when i was a baby i was allergic to watermelon.....
but my mom is allergic to chocolate....like she can have a little bit but if she eats like a piece of chocolate cake....she starts to break out...........
