The Presidents of the United States of America have a ton of funny songs, check out their albums. Little Dune Buggy and Peaches are just a couple of the songs :)

Country's my thing, so I'm partial to the parodies of Cledus T. Judd. Many of his parodies actually feature appearances by the artist who sang the real version of the song he's goofing on. For example, Toby Keith appears in Cledus' "I Love NASCAR" which is a spinoff of Toby's own "I Love This Bar".

If you really want funny, you'd likely have to turn to pop music. Seriously. Most alt'/rock/emo tends to be "serious".

I'd turn to top 40 novelty hits, like:

"Ah Shaddapa You Face"
most stuff by Weird Al
