Monster.com and Hot Jobs Mess Up my resume!!!?

I am trying to post my resume on Monster.com and Hot Jobs, But when i do it looks completely messed up . Has anyone had this problem?? How do I fix it?

As long as the key words are legible is all that counts for the headhunters. Once you apply for positions, they ask for their your own Word/PDF resume.

Try using a plan text format rather than rich text, and use a sans serif typeface.
