A wife cannot legally testify against her husband! lol It is a law ya know!!!! But ummmmmmmm thats kinda tough- I love my hubby with all my heart and soul and cannot ever imagine life without him- but if I KNEW he was killing innocent people for money Id have to stop him somehow even if it did mean turning him in or I couldnt live with myself. Now if he is killing like child molesters-rapists and scum then OKAY go for it!!!

Um no!!Do you know how much money hit men make?????LOL!!
Just kidding-I probably wouldn't turn him in,but would definitely leave him,telling him i had proof of his activities,should anything ever 'accidentally' happen to me......
But then again,it's human life we are talking about,so i wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing if I turned him in,it could save someones life.

Cstinkerbell, spouses *CAN* testify against each other, they just can't be forced to.
As far as the original question, if I know, chances are she knows I know and is plotting to kill me. So I wouldn't turn her in; I'd kill her myself.
