Why in all that hail of gun fire from tommy guns/sub machine guns weren't any of the perps killed from all the ricocheting bullets that had to be bouncing around that small garage area. I find it hard to believe considering over 200 rounds were fired that day. Do you think maybe that story was hyped up just a bit? Does anyone have an idea of their own on this?

Bullets from the tommy gun were .45 caliber and mush on impact.

I don't think that real bullets ricochet around quite so much like they do in the films and on the telly.
