I won the election for president of my class this year. The best way to go is to give a speech with exact numbers that scare people. That is not hard as sending a class to prom for free costs tens of thousands of dollars. Be honest about yourself, use hair raising statistics, get your friends to talk you up, and make a few clever posters. You shouldn't have any problems if you are articulate, intelligent, and if you level yourself with your audience. Good luck!

Get a photoshop saavy freind to make some propaganda type poster like this http://www.freewebs.com/sjbbandgeek/awexsome.jpg
but place vital info like "vote for (name)" and whatever office you're running for. People are easily amused by bright colours.

If your school doesn't let underclassmen vote or run, promise that right. If your school doesn't have a sports team, promise one.
