My husband and I recently found out that my husband's daughter, who turned 17 on March 6th of this year, is 3 months pregnant by her 17 year old boyfriend. My husband's ex-wife allowed the boyfriend to move in with them and share the daughter's bedroom. Is there anything we can do regarding prosecution?

The second question would be, does my husband have to continue to pay child support for the daughter if she is married and having her own child?

A bit of history to make this even more interesting - my husband is not the biological father - his ex-wife cheated on him while they were married.

So, if you ex is not the biological father, why the he** is he paying child support? The fact that he is not the father should have been part of divorce proceedings-he is being taken advantage of.

I am sure there is some legal resource...especially if the mother LET them live together...you can at least try. Do a search to see if anyone has done it before.

first off if its not your kid stay out of it. second, its not like the mother forced them to have sex. third, the mother probably realized that if she did not let them live there and support this she would lose her daughter cause she would leave with him and the baby.
