I know its not supposed to sell the house. Alot of people have come to see my home after seeing it online.
Thanks for all the comments on it. We decided it wasnt for us so we moved to a larger home.. I dont think it looks good without furniture.

Acutally, that's a pretty good listing. I used to make a real estate magazine and I've seen some really bad photos that don't accurately portray the house.
Realtors usually pay for these listings out of the money you're paying them, so they try to keep costs low by not using a million photos in your ads. It doesn't mean that they don't have your best interests in mind, it's just not necessary to have more than one picture of each of the main rooms.
The ad isn't supposed to sell the house, it's supposed to show enough for people to take interest in it and schedule a viewing.

Well, looks like a really nice house. Good luck on selling it! No, in my opinion, there are not enough pics. I love looking at house listings, but there has to be a lot of pics so I can get a feel for the WHOLE house, not just a couple of rooms.
I think you are right. Make them put more on there!

You could use some pics of the bathroom and basement if you have some. My friend is currently selling her home and the realtor included some of those as well. It couldn't hurt to add some more.

I think you should show more rooms.
Tori's right about one thing, the pic.'s of the outside of the house are kinda confusing. The difference in the exterior makes it look like there are two different houses on the listing.
You should also show more of the yard in the back.

i think thats a good number of pics. but if you want more on the site then your realitor shouldn't have a problem with that, i mean she is getting paid right?
