Hi back, but anyway I'm just like you short and little chest, and personaly I love to shop at the DEB! Its for skinny and bigger girls! And theres socks, bras, underwear, and beautiful dresses oh and awesomely cute clothes! The DEB is like in any mall so check it out! Hope you find what your looking for!!

Definitely try charlotte russe or forever 21. they have huge varieties of casual and dressy clothes, and aren't expensive at all.

wow i sound like you lol. im a little below average height and have like no chest haha. i personlly like hollister, abercrombie and fitch, and american eagle because they have cute clothes that fit. u can also try h and m, old navy, and charlotte russe. hope that helped!

u can be very creative go to marshalls or t.j maxx or some place that has all styles and cut some jeans to make them skirts .... try somethin

old navy is pretty much all i wear and i'm probably the same size as you!! aeropostale has great clothes and prices as well.
