The most important thing to do is to first apologize, but don't ask him/her/them to forgive you. Just tell him/her/them that you know that what you did was VERY wrong and that you want to be a better person. Show him/her/them that what you said is the truth and not just words. He/She/They will eventually see that you really have become a better person.
The above is assuming that you did something wrong.
If you didn't do anything wrong, then you will have to change the first part.
You tell him/her/them that you have not done anything wrong, but you really care about him/her/them and will work very hard at regaining his/her/their trust. Tell him/her/them that you hope that he/she/they will learn that you really do care about him/her/them.
Whichever of the above is true, be very sincere and don't look angry or pushy. That will make you look bad. Tell him/her/them your feelings and let him/her/them see that you really are a good person.
Sorry about all the he/she/they, but you didn't specify which. And you know how bad teachers are about grammar.

Trust is earned. It's earned by what you do, not by what you say. What you have to do is establish a reputation for three things:
- Telling the truth
- Doing what you say you'll do
- Avoiding harm (in fact, doing the opposite, doing good, doing things that benefit others)
It's hard to gain someone's trust, but it's amazingly easy to lose it. To regain trust, it will help to own up to what you did, apologize, declare your intention not to repeat the act, and then do what you can make amends, if you can.
You can regain their trust. But it will take time. Don't get upset if they don't immediately show they trust you.

By proving yourself. People need to develop the ability to trust you again. Best not to break peoples trust in the first place

be honest, be trustworthy. It depends on the person. Some people don't forgive, others don't forget, and some people can forgive and forget, but you still have to earn their trust. But of course, Jesus is the best of all, because we can't earn his trust, he knows how truly bad we are, but he will forgive if we ask for forgiveness. I think you knew that though, since your name is "Jesus rocks".

That depends on how badly you have let them down in the first place and whether or not they are the forgiving type.No matter what it'll take time and depends on your level of committment. Good luck!

Repent and ask for the God's forgiveness. Do what is pleasing to God.
Apologize and don't do what you did again to that person you offend.
Good luck my friend.

Apologize for whatever you did wrong that made them mistrust you. ASK them what you can do to make amends and DO IT.
