Since Jeff Green traveled against Vanderbilt, Vanderbilt should have been in the Elite Eight versus UNC.

No if UNC lost to a bunch of lawyers or polititians or whatever they major in then they shouldn't be in the Final Four

I admit the officials blew that call on Jeff Green traveling, but UNC had many chances to win. They were up by 11 with 7 minutes left in the game to advance to Final 4. They also had a good look at the last shot too. Also, how do you know if Vanderbilt was going to lose to UNC? Maybe Vandy would have won in that match up. I also think Tyler Hansborough is so overrated. He is really bad. The games vs. USC and Georgetown, his opponents were killing him. I can just tell if he makes it to the NBA, he'll be sent to the NBA devlopment league. Georgetown was stuffing his shots back in his face. He seems to be a Mark Madsen, gives go hustle, but is useless in NBA.

Obviously the question is going to draw out the duke fans that have been sitting and waiting to dis the Heels...and others that dont want the ACC to win anything.
BUT..it also brought a UNC fan to answer the question YES..they should be in the final four. They are obviously a better team..but they had a horrible 10 minutes of game time, and it still ended regulation in a tie. Some of it due to the refs..some of it due to inexperience..and maybe some of it due to the accident with the mascot...?
Had they been able to just score a couple more baskets in regulation it wouldnt even be an issue right now. I think even the georetown fans know how lucky they are to still be in it.

Nope, UNC lost fair in square. Doesn't matter who they play, they obviously werent the best team this year. No sense in complaining about it. They had 45 mins to win a game and couldnt, so no they shouldnt be in the final four.

Georgetown said no! And you're talking like you're sure they would have beaten Vanderbilt. If they couldn't beat Georgetown, then what makes you think they would have beaten Vandy since in essence you're alluding to Vandy really beat Georgetown. So you're saying that Vandy was better than Georgetown and operating on that logic means that Vandy would have also beaten North Carolina.

No they deserve not to be in the Final Four. They lost and 11 point lead and lost by double digit numbers. They let the lead slip away. Let them suffer for their mistake.

well then if youre complaining about officiating you should watch UNC vs USC over because there were tons of BS calls on USC, so according to your logic UNC shouldnt be there either.

If NC was truly the better team, they would have beaten GT.
