This man lives across the street from me and it seems that everytime i go outside so does he!! He is a creepy man please tell me what to do ppl

You could contact your local police department. There isn't anything they could do at this point, but at least there would be a file on record that it was a problem for you. Also they may have some ideas for you. It could fall under some stalking law. I'd just that out for sure, with our police. Maybe a police car driving up would be enough to send him a message.
If you live someplace that allows pets your could get a dog.

unfortunately i don't see anything you can do. If he's not saying anything or doing anything wrong. the best i could tell you is not to make eye contact with him, be politely rude meaning if he does start talking to you keep the answers to a yes or no. If you know a guy that looks intimidating you might want him to come out just after the guy across the street does and stare him down to send a message.

tell the authorities. dont keep this secret from ANYONE. if you try to deal with it on your own, the results wont b pretty. if you tell the cops where this guy lives, theyll keep their eyes peeled. if ANYTHING gets any weirder, call them ASAP and have them come to your house. you can never go too far to protect yourself.
