Apparently you didn't search hard enough in YouTube, if you're talking about Samurai Champloo that is. 'Cause I found English subbed versions there. Here's great another site I recommend you to watch the anime, TheWorgDen.com.
Just find the episodes you want to watch at the bottom of the page and hey presto! The site shows episodes that were uploaded in YouTube. You can watch the videos on the same page.

There is a website called narutomania.com and it has a WHOLE bunch of anime and manga. I know for sure that is has every episode of Samurai Champloo. You can create an account and donate about $5 or so and get all the episodes.

Do you have a friend with Myspace? You could look at videos there if yu get your friends stuff for the Myspace and look up videos on Myspace!!
