If anyone could, it's MJ. Some people argue that Jordan had better teammates. I think that Steve Kerr, Scottie Pippen, and Horrace Grant would not have been as successful as players without MJ. I see Kerr being another Craig Ehlo and Pippen being another Lamar Odem. Players like Bill Wennington, Will Perdue, and Luc Longly had very short careers after their years with Jordan. (Two of those guys couldn't even cut as a bench player on most teams). Jordan had the ability to bring the best out of them, and everyone else he played with. I think he could turn any decent shooter into a great shooter (like Kerr); any decent all-star into a great all-star (like Pippen); any average teammates into an all-star (like Grant). This is the difference between Bryant and Jordan; MJ has the ability to bring the best out of his teammates. I think that Lamar Odem is a wonderful talent that is not fully utilized because of Bryant's inability to play with him. Even if you make the arguement that MJ had better teammates, everyone knows that it's harder to succeed as an individual when there is more talent on the team. Bryant should know full well how hard it was to succeed individually when Shaq was on the team. Sometimes, it's hard to succeed as a team with too much talent in their players. We all know the most important thing is team chemistry, and Bryant is like a chemical that won't react with anything else around him. I'll admit that Bryant is exceptional, the second best in the league (sorry, Nash is not only better, but a rarer talent in the game).

Air Jordan........MJ could do anything in his prime...and his teams didnt suck, scottie pippen was a superstar...and they had good role players. like rodman, who was a hoss at snagging rebounds, players like steve kerr knocking down 3's.
