i bought a decent logitech quickcam 4 months ago for £50, its a nice bit of kit and has served me well, but now i have vista and i cant for the life of me get it to work, im guessing its not compatible, but is there anything i can do? have looked for drivers on the logitech website but cant see anything useful to me... ?

Some Logitec products are not compatable with microsoft. Also a lot of software companies have not updated their drivers to run with Vista. Vista still has a lot of bugs, to sort out yet. Better go back to XP for a month or two.

Yes. Let all your friends know what a crappy product Vista is, never buy it again, and recommend to them they get free open source software instead, like kubuntu at www.kubuntu.org

ah this happend to me with a printer that i had at a similar time as utilising my residing house domicile windows xp. as as we communicate as I even have been given a clean laptop with vista, it wasnt appropriate matched and superb purchase advised me that even nonetheless i truly have that isnt appropriate matched, identity truly would desire to need to purchase even nonetheless i % new and be sure its appropriate matched. sucks for subject concerns that ive been utilising for a at a similar time as, yet cant now :/ definitly between the downfalls of vista... so i think of of youll would desire to need to purchase a clean webcam hah. sorry guy!
