A difficult question and somewhat subjective and personal.
Either Seville, Granada or Barcelona ... but the others are also stunning.

for me, Zamora & León.
Everywhere is very rich in ancient history, strong renaissance and medieval imprints, stretches of grand stone walls, ancient castles, vaults and gothic arches and numerous cathedrals surrounding the city. I feel humbled by its history and beauty.
