associates is 2 yr.
bachelors is 4 yrs.
masters is roughly 6 yrs.
ph.d. is roughly 8 years.

High School Diploma/GED < Associates Degree < Bachelors Degree < Masters Degree < Doctorate Degree.

That's generally how it is. You got the arrows pointing the wrong way. I'm not going to get into minor exceptions b/c it'll just confuse you.
