My past 3 cycles have been pure hell. I've had major cramps, headaches, vomiting, and diarrhea. They have also had a very heavy flow.

I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice about what direction I should go. Should I seek a doctor's help or are there natural remedies for menstrual misery?

I would go to the Dr.
Endometriosis has some/ most of those symptoms.
That is not a normal symptoms of a menstrual cycle.
ALSO! do not wait... endometriosis can get worse and prevent you from being able to have kids. It causes scar tissue.

I would seek your doctors help. There could be more to it then just a period. Things like endometriosis can cause bad cramps and heavy bleeding. There are a number of factors that it could relate to or it could just be or hormones but because it's been happening for a few months I would go speak to your doctor

What you are experiencing is not normal and you need to see your dr to evaluate what could be causing this one. Possible thing that could be causing this is endometriosis. They will be able to help you figure out if it is endometriosis or something else.
